Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by Poop Savvy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Poop Savvy offers pet waste removal services including recurring cleanups, one-time cleanups, and optional add-ons like deodorizing and sanitizing. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing Poop Savvy with safe and unimpeded access to the service area during the scheduled time. If access is not available, service may be delayed or rescheduled, and fees may still apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to maintain a reasonably safe and accessible yard. Aggressive pets must be secured, and excessive debris or overgrown grass may prevent service. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are due based on the selected service plan. Recurring services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation. We accept major forms of electronic payment.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel recurring services with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds are provided for completed services. Refunds for prepaid services are at the discretion of Poop Savvy.  If you received a free initial cleanup, we require at least one month of recurring service before cancellation. If you cancel before completing one month, the standard fee for the initial cleanup will be applied to your account.

7. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Poop Savvy is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to lawn, pets, or property. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services rendered.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
